Locked Out Of Your Accounts? Authenticator Support Please!

This morning I woke to being locked out of both my accounts and assumed that someone tried logging into my accounts from another IP (hacked..). After a bit of reading seems this isn't the situation at all.. So this is apparently some type of bug or something that has been plaguing a growing number of us, some to the point it virtually renders DB useless, others have been locked out so many times they cant even password reset anymore and have to call Blizz customer support for each account.. (glad I only have 2) and seems that what we all have in common is/was using YAR.. I did notice the other day when the servers were down that YAR continually tried to login while they were offline, though I believe it's not supposed to.. but I'm telling you for whatever reason it did. Anyway using authenticator seems to be the only solution for this problem and there have been legitimate posts asking the Devs for their input and requesting D3 authenticator support with DB which apparently was deleted by the moderators (possibly accidental, though they wont even comment on that).. If this is the only solution to this severe growing issue than I agree DB needs to step-up and do something about this.. LOL Let us be heard Damn-You!!
 
When there was maintenance on Tuesday I didn't shut off DB; it continuously tried to log into games (obviously it couldn't). I'm not having any problems logging in even if I turn off my PC's and I have no authenticators on any accounts.

EZ is gonna yell at me for saying that I'm not having issues but oh well >.<

BeeTeeDub, even if I switch to a different IP address I have no issues logging in or getting locked accounts.

I'm gonna be the only botter left :P haha...
 
Yeah for what ever reason you feel the need to follow this situation around to rub in our faces you dont have the bug.. yet.. Ha!! im just joshin' ya man. Be sure to PM me when you get it too.. but yeah it just happened to me this morn.. well after the Tuesday maintenance so... I wouldn't count yourself out just yet..
 
+1 on everything you wrote.

It's true that authenticator support is needed. This is becoming a problem for a growing number of users, I dunno why they would just delete the old thread. Not a good way to deal with customers imo.

Also I have witnessed YAR to login even though servers had some kind of weird unanounced maintenance, in a perfect world this would get some attention as well.

Sigh.. and still nothing.. Hey you guys ever hear of the game torchlight II.. think i may try it from the torrents then buy..
