Locked out of Buddy Portal

I tried logging into both the store AND Buddy Portal to see how much time is left on my key but it says Too many Attempts and to contact customer support.

I reset my password, tried to log in and still got ----- "This account is locked out because of too many invalid password attempts. Please contact support at [email protected]"

Can send you my key when you need but my username is knaller1 also here.

My old email account is lost.

Payment info is also not avitable but my old email account is lost.
Or i have contact web.de to give me the access back.
