Locked out of account and "Support doesnt help"

Im currently locked out of my account because i changed the password yesterday and i forgot my password. I do NOT have access to my old email my new current email ** my honorbuddy account is really old and the email hasnt been updated please help. I have proof of purchase and recent transactions if needed my old email is NOT in use thank you.
