Locked out from BuddyAuth

I try to login into BuddyAuth and it says login failed, I try to register and it says I already Registered, i try to reset password and I get a "User locked out" Error.
Help ? Its registered under the same email as this forum account. Ty

I have this same issue

Tried using authpage usernam and pw, tried forum username pw, tried KEY and pw ..
Login Failed, never used it so maybe i'm doing something wrong

So you have set up the account with the same email you used on G2S (Gate 2 Shop) to purchase the keys?

Yea, I have the same email, same username, same pw for both, my paypal payment was from a diff email but that shouldnt matter as it wasnt setup under that

Okay, you are Locked Out. You aren't going to be able to fix this on your own.

You're going to have to email [email protected]

Send it from the email you registered on buddyauth with:
In this email include any payment receipts and invoice's/invoice numbers you have.
Include the paypal email you used.
Include the key you own.
Include a link to this thread. ( So once it's fixed the thread can be closed )

Just to be sure, did the key get sent to your email you registered on BuddyAuth with, or to your paypal email?
If it went to your paypal email you'll need to register with that paypal one instead
