Loading Tiles Please Explain

Hey guys when bot says its "loading tiles" does that mean its downloading the mesh for a instance or zone?

if so is there a way to force download of all tiles so it never hangs downloading? because its ruining dungeobuddy classic dungeons.

sometimes that calculating involves downloading a mesh or meshes if you don't have them on hand or newer versions exist.
