Loading Tiles/No Data HawaiiMainLand

I have read the forums and see many people getting this error and nothing to help anyone... all i see is advice to make a fresh install (doesnt work) or make your own thread with a log.. so i will do that.
Bot managed to move to fly update then after that just sits there trying to download mesh and never moves
Im using Cava's Kun Lai profile, did the same thing using a grind profile.

try to add an exception on your firewall for Hb as well
