Loading tiles / Downloading mesh

This has recently become a problem, level 1-60 no problems whatsoever and it keeps doing this. I havent seen it do anything else except one time it went to the undercity and was randomly walking around.

first off update your HB

update your Hb and in case you still got problems attach a fresh log

okay it still keeps doing so heres the log:

move your char in Outlands and add an exception in your firewall about Hb

well, the firewall is what seemed to be the problem, it already had exceptions but I had to turn it completely off and it started working. I turned it back on and everything seems to be working fine.....really is odd.......
