loading tile/s

hey guys
ive been afk questing fine with hb until i changed my spec.. then things messed up..
deleted cache and meshes folder.. now it says loading profile or loading tile/ for ages on end...
how long will this take.. is there a way to download all the game meshes at once?

did this and having same problems again today... took my character until the endboss in a BC instance to download the tile/s

Am Having issues that are the same tony... Started last night about 2:35.. everything is down for the server that hands out the tiles.. have tried it on three different installs and 2 different computers.. getting the same error..

Lazy raider works because it doesn't need a tileset.. but anything like dailies and questing, even grinding needs a tileset..
 
yeah i have my character running rnd dungeons
just did a few but i pretty much had to control him.. sometimes he walked for like 10yards but most the time he didn't...
log attached maybe someone can tell me why?

also what is this lazyraider i hear a lot and what does it do?
