Loading Tile/s issues, help!

Everytime i watch the bot after a couple of hours, its DC'ed and that happens because of loading tile/s, and that starts to annoy me a lot. I tried to reinstall, update, redownload profiles, new CC's, almost anything! Anyone who can help me? Log is attached!

just looks like you were stuck in a mesh issue

do you have a ss of where you afk'd out at?
