Loading tile(s) error help

I deleted everything and redownload HB and it's still saying "Loading tile(s)" For about 10 minutes now.. I've never had this problem.

Loading title go forever

im having this issue too with my paladin he stay quiet loading tile for some minutes, sometimes its continue but sometimes i need to restart the bot. Also today i that the bot still skip some nodes that didnt have any elite around and nobody is near.

The logs shows a 10 second delay - not 10 minutes.

and about me is normal a 1,30 - 7 min interval loading tiles? and always is loading the same , its a bug or its normal ? to avoid asking .
