Load Profile button does not work

Just bought demonbuddy yesterday. The load button doesnt work (I clicked on the word instead of the arrow), nothing pops up. I have install all prerequisite, also tried reinstalling them and restarting. Doesnt seem to work at all. Tried every other solution that was posted on the forum, like using wizardbuddy and such.

Every other pop up from demonbuddy works, its only the load button that i have issue with. Is there anyway for me to load via a web resource if the load button wont function? Please help me fix this.........

update to the latest DB build and if you still got issues
