Load Profile bug

Hi, i cant load any profile in DB. No windows pops up or smting after i klick the "load" buttom. I already googled and found a old Thread.
The first link is down and the second one is not needed since i have updated .NET.
Would be nice to get some help here!

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard
https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
