Load profile- Blank

I just downloaded a fresh copy and for some reason when I select load profile the buddy store doesn't populate any of my enable option actually it is completely blank. please let me know how to fix?View attachment 22600 2015-07-03 06.32.txt

I was able to find all the files except .../World of Warcraft/Data/Cache/
There is no cache after the data instead I have config, data, enUS, indices, patch
Waited 20 minutes and the buddy profile is blank and I am not able to see anything.

are you sure your using the buddyauth account that has the key your using listed, and has profiles added from the store?

Yes I am as I never changed the key or the profile. This has just stopped working.
