load/build profile from plugin

Are there a direct API to build a profile through an plugin?

if not, can I make it load an profile? like Styx.logic.profiles.loadProfile(path) or something?
I have checked the documentation, but couldn't really find how to there

nwm.. I found it - Styx.Logic.Profiles.ProfileManager.LoadNew()
