This is a community-driven list, that will be updated on a frequent basis based on answers to this topic. Please help us by providing info on dungeon status and issues. Adding detailed info on issues will help the developer to fix the issues on a next release of instancebuddy. Use the report form below to report issues if possible. Try to be as clear and specific as you can, to help the developer to fix your issues better. Add screenshots if necessary for clarification.

Hellfire Ramparts: Stucks sometimes at ramp. Not a problem if not healer. (H R M T)

Slave Pens: may not jump sometimes after hydra boss (H R M T)
The Steamvault (H R M T)
Mana Tombs (H R M T) - Last hotspot is too far from last boss. May not pull final boss and keep going back and forth.

Old Hillsbrad Foothills - The escape from durnholde (H R M T)

Utgarde Keep (H R M T) - When returning after death, will try to pass thru flame barrier and just die. No issues if you dont wipe.
The Nexus: Does not jump when expected, might aggro stuff (H R M T)
Azjol Nerub: Will suicide if people want to glitch the boss. Won't leave water after jump. (H R M T)
Ahn Kahet - The Old Kingdom: Sometimes does not enter the tunnel (?) (H R M T)
Drak Tharon Keep: Stucks at Dino entrance, may LOS tank if healing; also keeps casting while polymorphed at last boss. (H R M T)
Violet Hold - Won't enter dungeon after joining
Gundrak - Will stuck when people jump at water
Utgarde Pinnacle (H R M T) -Will probably die when people use the stair afteer swala (aggro the left pack of mobs). May just look stupid, or keep dyeing.
Halls of Stone (H R M T) - May not jump after crystallus; melee may fall; walking all the way back is usually fine. May not corpse run after a wipe.
Halls of Lightning (H R M T) - May not corpse run if wipe.
The Culling of Stratholme (H R M T) - Will slow-follow the group, may LOS tank if healer, may look bottish or stupid if a healer.
The Oculus: Won't mount drakes
Trial of the Champion: Won't mount horses
Forge of Souls (H R M T)
Pit of Saron (H R M T)
Halls of Reflection (H R M T)
Cataclysm Dungeons
Blackrock Caverns: (won't interrupt beams, won't shortcut stuff)
Throne of the Tides: (won't use elevator)
The Stonecore
Vortex Pinnacle: (may die at bosses. Ok at trash.)
Grim Batol: Won't mount drakes
Lost City of Tol'Vir: Will not teleport jump to siamat
