List of Issues i Have come across with bot

as title says
1.when your companion dies, and you cannot res it for what ever reason (line of site, on a rock, underground etc..) , the bot stops.
2.During peak times in the day, the bot will go extremely slow to the point of stopping.THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM
3.There are certain zones bot will not function for more then 10 mins at a time.
4.I have found it extremely hard to have the bot work longer then 1 hr, since the last 2 dev fixes, at one point one of my pc's would run it (albiet slow) , but the longest i ran it for for 14 hrs. That is no longer possible, it stops in 1 hr , alot of the time before.
5.The bot slowing down, until it eventually stops, then logs out due to being idle (this happens alot, especially when i run it over night, i know it doesnt go for long due to the creds i have).
6.I have 1 grind profile that actually worked prior to the last 2 updates, that was great, now that does not even last long.
7.just as i started this post i started my bot in the best grind zone i have, by the time i got to 6, it had stopped.

I know there are alot more issues, but the main issue is , THE LENGTH OF TIME THE BOT RUNS FOR, BEFORE STOPPING, i have 3 pc's all different ages, my oldest used to run bot the best, but now as i said it wont last an hr.
The stability of the bot needs to be adressed, i can handle small problems like bot stopping due to pet etc... But i did not purchase this, so it could last 1 hr before it stopped.

PS: as i said prior to the last 2 patches the bot ran longer then it does now, i dont know if something was done, but we have a patch coming tonight on swtor, hopefully you guys can fix some stuff.

The Buddy wing developers could cut out 99% of everyone who owns this bots problem by implementing a timer feature. Allowing US to input a time when the bot will:

1.Timer input - 0 to 24 hours
2.Stop the bot
3.Unhook and Turn off the application. <--- need to unhook to prevent swtor crashing, not sure how hard this part would be. But I would be happy for the process to just end.
4.Restart the application
5.Reload profile <--- Bot already does this
6.Restart the bot.

Surely with the complexity of this bot, something like this could be implemented very quickly. (Meaning, it was no small feat coding this bot so something like this should be simple for these coders)

I asked for a refund because of this and was completely ignored even stating I would be happy if they took 1/12th of the price off my refund for the time I used the bot.

I paid for 3 working swtor bots, after a few weeks of trying to get the bot to work consistently I have been told that swtor is hard to code for by your moderators and that the grey magic errors I am getting are not my fault but a fault of the bot itself. So as I have purchased a defective product I would like to have my money refunded. I am quite happy to have the time I have used deducted from my refund which would be 1/12th of the price. I have heard nothing but good things about your other products and hope to use them in the future, but this buddywing is not what I paid for. How do I go about claiming my refund ?

Thank you for your time and hopefully we can do more business in the future.

Honestly can not remember exactly who but it was either CodenameG or Aevitas or maybe both at different times and one of those times could have been a PM. I had a lot of PM's and cleared them, if they are still around somewhere maybe check them for me. Anyways regardless of who it may have been I do not think my request for a refund is unjustified and I am quite willing to pay for the time I used the bot and I have tried basically everything to get it to run, even a complete format with only swtor - buddywing - .net 4.0 and C++ 2010 downloaded directly from the links on the forum. My wifes computer, I even tried it in a virtual machine with like 5 types of windows installs - 32bit - 64bit - sp1 - sp2 - sp3 I spent a lot of time trying to get the bot to run and only 1 day out of the month I have had the bot did it run the way it should for a whole 24 hours. The day it was fixed for 1.5 patch and it blew me away how it should run. I have helped Chinajade with wingit and also joebrewski with his project testing things to try and get the bot to run better.
So I am not asking for this refund because I have not tried or have done something wrong, it simply does not work reliably EVER!

i would be happy for the 24/7 working function, i couldnt give a fuk about quests or other fancy thing, i just want a bot , that functions and grinds for however long you want it to.

BTW done a test this arvo with my 3 pcs.

1.Newest 4 months old (was purchased for GW2 , the day before it launched),well the bot lasted 30 mins max.
2. Second pc, 2 years old, the bot lasted for close to 1 hr.
3. Third pc, 5 years old, bot ran for 2 1/5 hrs then started to do the stop thing until it died and didnt respawn. also had a companion rez bug within that period.

my second PC has the worst video card of them all, i was given a video card for free that is better then my second pc's by a little, so thats in my 3rd pc.
Newest pc, well as i said payed $800 for it just to game, when GW2 came out, that lasts bugger all.


I have tried buddy client, that had been tweaked a bit/fresh installs/old installs, all kinds of profiles, basically everything, and what i stated happens every bloody time.

2 patches ago, it would work for a little longer on all pc's, not a huge amount, but since then, its been pretty frustrating.
