The download is working, so my question is if you are from germany?
If yes, you can't download DB from germany and that is mentioned on the website.
But there are workarounds for this...
Overall I can assure you that DB is working and it is no scam.

PS: You don't get very far when you immediately start blaming others without even thinking about that you/your computer could be the problem. Just saying.
