link to update computer wont work... my installer fails...

the link on the manual wont take me to the app I need to make sure my comp is updated for honorbuddy, can anyone give me a new link..... when I try to run the installer it is failing and I don know why
its saying 0x80070490 element not found

dont use the installer.


Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
