A while back I purchased a lifetime subscription. Apparently this is no longer an option, and the key associated with my lifetime subscription is expired...

I'd like it to be reinstated. Why else would I have purchased a lifetime key?
 
they made an announcement not too long ago about the membership changes...all lifetime memberships were reduced to a few years (can't remember exactly), and they also took out yearly memberships for purchase...you're not the only one...
 
That's not okay.

I purchased it with the agreement that it was a lifetime key. They can't just retroactively downgrade that.
 
That's not legal. It is illegal to change the terms of a product after you sell it.

I barely used it, because I had a "lifetime" to use it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for something, used it for a few months, and now I come back and it's expired? What the hell.
 
Yeah that is total BS, I bought lifetime for D3 AND WoW. Apart from honorbuddy getting most of my accounts banned anyway, i wanted to come back to WoW today, only finding that the previously bought "lifetime" subscription is now EXPIRED....

I know you guys dont care, but yes this is not legal. But i assume you dont really care.... Im not going to purchase anything else from you guys. Its just a matter of trust. Next thing i know is i buy a years subscription and you guys decide to cut me off in a week. No thank you.... Shame though
