To save time I'll quote from support email which was simply skimmed and all but ignored. The fact of the matter is Lifetime members don't have keys to access HonorBuddy, they have usernames and passwords which once worked before the last weekend's server troubles.
Now I can not log in to HonorBuddy at all and have been advised to use my "key" as described in the tutorial post for quick set up of HonorBuddy even though it's quite evident and I made it clear that I have no "key" and am a lifetime customer with a 'User Name' and a 'Password'.

As you can imagine, after all this I feel that support have not even bothered to fully read or understand the issue I'm having with my account. I need my access problem resolving ASAP.
Any help from forum users would also be appreciated.

I'm currently unable to use Honorbuddy due to constant "Invalid
Account Details Authentication Failed".
I am aware that there were major problems over the weekend with your
servers being severely overloaded and incapable of serving your
current customer base but have also read somewhere in the forums that
your server issues have been resolved as of Monday (22/10/2012) and
should be up and running flawlessly for customers to log in to
Honorbuddy and use the service.
I have flushed my DNS cache, no firewall is present and I have also
tried disabling my antivirus temporarily to no avail.
I have also removed the 500 sub-version and used the new 501
sub-version directly downloaded from the Honorbuddy forum files (
01:00 GMT ) and this still does not resolve the issue.
I have changed my password both on shop.buddymaster.com and
www.buddyauth.com an number of times and this has had no effect
either.
I also have the issue of my status on the forums being changed to
simply "Buddy" when the forums were changed. Before the change I was
set as "Lifetimer" but the change has affected this. Please correct
my status back to "Lifetimer" as it was before the forum change.

What are you talking about? I don't have a key, I have Lifetime access which must consist of a user name and a password. I can't log in with this. Previous to the weekends problems I was able to log in with my Username "<Snip>" and the password for this buddy shop account. This was purchased before "keys" existed. Before Buddy Auth and subscriptions. I'm a lifetime user with 3 sessions. Is this making any sense to you?
