So I have 3 keys that are all single sessions and their expired now do I need to send a support email to support to unlock them the oldest is back from 2012, then 2013 and last one is from 2014. I thought if they were bought before June or July of 16 thst I would have 2 years left on them

brew, you are mistaken.
Keys have been given 2 years of life since the first use of them.
so an example would be a key bought in January 30, 2015 - would still work until the end of this month, but then it would expire.
any keys bought prior to January 21, 2015 - are now expired.
