I purchased a lifetime membership a while back and now I can not access or use the bot. Can an Admin look into this please.

Yes I have done that but I am in need of my access key for some reason it is not linked to this account. Are the admin's here able to do so or is it only bossland?

Buddy Auth Portal was not around when I signed up originally. It does not have my information. I signed up tonight to see and no key stored.
