I bought HB and GB lifetime in the past but I can not login into the bot with my account, any help?

Have you tried logging into buddyauth? Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
Just use that code and no password and it should be fine.

I can't login there because I don't know what code you are talking about to be honest, When I request my password the auth says that no user exists with the specified email

Do I still have right to a lifetime of GB and HB which I paid for?
