Lifetime key - Gone from profile?

I bought lifetime gatherbuddy 12/16/2010, and havnt played for a while. Now I want to start using it again, but the links provided in the confirmation mail I recieved are invalid, and I can't find my purchase on the new key-based-system. Please helpe me!
