Lifetime key expired?

I bought lifetime honorbuddy in 2013 but now my key doesn't show up on thebuddyauth... It says NO active keys at all, I know they were supposed to be changed to years instead of lifetime but why is it removed completely? Doesnt even show up in the history of old expired keys..

Are you sure you look on the right Auth portal? Maybe it is on North America? Or maybe you could try remove the internet cache, OR try it in another browser. E.g. Explorer instead of Chrome? It often bugs.

Yea, mines the same, no active keys but shows one that expired in 2014
Yet according to this post, changes made should expire (for me) in 2018

Okay, but I mean when we purchased the key it was for lifetime usage. Feels a bit bad when you pay for a lifetime product and it only lasts you 2 years. (I would understand if the case was lifetime of the product, but in this case that does not apply since the product is still up and running). I feel scammed.
