As a customer I think I deserve at least 30 days notification prior the expiration of my lifetime key, which may sounds weird anyway. Or is it German culture/custom that they can do whatever they see fit and leave only 1 day of notice?
Anyway, this is the first time I saw such a big company stealing from their customer and lying about their service. Regardless of many excuses you may have, I hope you understand that this is unacceptable for customers.
I know you may have read this a thousand times. But here it is again.
You paid in full for a ten-year service, lets say to rent a room.
After two year, the landlord knock on your door and say hey, get out of here. Tomorrow I want to see you gone.
