When I purchased my lifetime pass, there was no disclaimer saying it was subject to change. Just a promise of unlimited access for the lifetime of the product. It's not the customer's fault that long term planning on the viability of lifetime passes wasn't a priority at Bossland when "lifetime" passes were being sold, and as such the customer should not be punished for the businesses lack of long term planning.
