I just bought lifetime and I am trying to figure out how to download it.

Do it just download Gatherbuddy 1.7.6.3 from : Gatherbuddy 1.7.6.3 Goldseller - Downloads - WOW Bot for PVP Leveling Gathering - Gatherbuddy & Honorbuddy Forums and Honorbuddy 2.0.0.4265 from : Honorbuddy 2.0.0.4265 - Downloads - WOW Bot for PVP Leveling Gathering - Gatherbuddy & Honorbuddy Forums and use them as indaviduale programes or is there a all in one programe?

Hb and Gb are diff bots

but as a lifetimer you will be able to use the Gb2 plugin for Hb(included in Hb package)

One more quick question i might ask. What is the name of the GB2 plugin that comes with honorbuddy? I was presented with serveral for honorbuddy.

it's not a plugin it's a stand alone bot. So on the status tab, click the little down arrow box and it will give you a list of things like Combat, Quest, PVP, Gatherbuddy2. Those are changing your bot pretty much setting the type of task it will be doing.
