Life time licence!

Hey i have life time licence,and i just reintal windows! My bad i dont save the key,and other stuf(log files) from C partition before that(im stupid,i now). How i can take my licence key back?

when i try to here https://www.buddyauth.com/ ,tell me rong pass and id(i have email whit user and pass and imposible to ne roung).
when i try to resend new pass tell me same.
