LFR - Instancebuddy

Hello, I was wondering if I would use Instancebuddy if I wanted to heal In LFR both DragonSoul and The Siege of Wyrmrest Temple? If not could someone tell me how I could do this I'm using TCRestrodruid as my CC but it does not support movement.

Would HazzDruid Elit3 be a better option for raiding?.

You'll have to use Lazyraider or the likes and control movement yourself.
