While I have an above average computer knowledge and experience I'm a complete stranger when it comes to coding.
And thus I'd love to be pointed in the right direction when it comes to setting the mulligan rules.
I've gotten as far as opening Mulligan.cs with Notepad++ and I've got the _carddb.txt at my disposal to decide which below-4-mana-cards I wan't the bot to discard at all times.
