LF Plugin to Auto accecpt Queues

Basically, im just looking for something that accepts lfr/lfg/bg and arena queues. There used to be a program that did this on owned core but 5.4 broke it =/ and since ive been using HB more often as a rotation bot it would be nice to have a plugin that automatically accepts queues.
