LF Mage Farming CC

Hey Guys,
I'm searching for an easy? (Mage) CC.
Just DOTing Mobs.

--Explanation--
I'm going to Bot a Spot where pretty unlimited mobs spawn and pass the Bot -
and now (since I'm unable to code one for myself) I'm looking for a CC just keeping Rune of Power active and casting Nether Tempest on the Mobs, trying to pass him.
No movement. Just casting Nether Tempest, changing target, casting Nether Tempest, changing target and so on.
The Bot don't need to do something while every Mob is dotted. He can just wait 'til they're dead - loot them - and wait for new Mobs.

It would be pretty nice would someone have such a Routine for me - or can just tell me that what I'm imaginating is impossible :/

Any combat routine should be able to handle this no problems. Maybe search for a botbase instead?
