Leveling up an account or getting a SOR account for botting?

Well I know getting a SOR account would be quicker to level and getting botting ghost iron ore and herbs with BUT would leveling up a new account from scratch be safer in the long run?

i've been really satisfied with SOR accounts on EU, tried a few for US that got banned within a few hours...

I prefer levelling new account, more safe and 1-80 is fast to do, just my opinion.
