Leveling "too fast" with heirloom's!

Heey,
I have experienced when I level (fully heirloomed and with guild perks) with questing profiles the bot doesn't move on to a new area when it's too low level.

I have tried using <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckpoints="True" >

But without any success..?

Do I need to manually edit out the unnecessary quest's?

Or is there anyone with a nice "heirloom quest profile" for alliance?

a lot of times you cant, because if you do that you break the chain, since cataclysm to unlock other higher level area's you HAVE to complete the low level stuff. so no, i don't recommended editing the quest profile.

You're supposed to set that to false.
That makes sure it jumps ahead as per the checkpoints.

But, not every level has a Checkpoint.

So for a while you'll be doing green quests but eventually it will jump ahead when it can (that has to do with finishing the required quests)

If you set it to false, it will skip when it can.

So no problems using 1-60.

Heirlooms are great, you'll still run into green quests until the next checkpoint

now if you'd like to edit the checkpoints for your own usage, then that's fine too

just search the profile for checkpoint= and change the level to your desire (also, you'll have to change or delete the grindto above said checkpoint)

I am not the best when it comes to computers but I opened up the profile and changed true to false with wordpad then saved it. Now it has a red exclamation point instead of the green check. Is it ok to run it since the bot is currently doing grey quests and green quests.

Yes. All the red exclamation point means is that your version is different from the one in the SVN repository (because you edited the file manually).

You also have to reload the profile for the changes to be effective after you edited it. Stopping and Starting the bot is not enough.

I set mine to false and notice that every once in a while if I stop the bot and restart it then it works better because on restart it checks for the checkpoints. I started doing this every few levels and it seems to work fine.

I was about to suggest the same. Stop the bot and restart and it will take you to the best zone for your current level.
