Leveling through RaF

I bought 3 accounts to level together to 80. I was trying to dunegonbuddy up there, but it is not even close to AFKable. I know grind bot isnt safe, and horde loses so BGbuddy is out of the question. Is there any safe/efficent way to bot to 80 with my 300% xp?
