For one, what you're asking is impossible.
Fixes and improvements can constantly be made, but a "bug free" leveling pack is impossible to make.
If you're having issues, then there's a good chance it's not the profile but your bot configuration.
You're speaking as if the questing developers are putting bugs into the profile intentionally.. which that's not the case at all.
The developers fix, not break.
Also, the default questing pack is updated
constantly. Bugs are only fixed daily.

And as you can see, just on Sunday alone five major bugs were fixed.
So give the questing developers credit for their work, not demand them for the impossible.
