Leveling - Kicks or The Azenius Project

I've been using Kick's profiles atm and I love them but they are not 100% afkable and require me to babysit it heavly. It gets stuck in a lot of quests/places and LOVES to attack elites and die over and over...

So... Here is my question.

What profile is the best to level from 1-85? I have not used Azenius so I don't know if it is better then Kick's.

Please post your success/experience with the profile you used so I know what would be better to use.

I've heard archeology only gets around 1/4th of the EXP that questing gives. Is this true?

Bit more than that tbh but it is slower than questing but I consider it fully afkable, it really comes down to "can you babysit the questing profile?".

i am lvl 50'ish atm and i've had no issues after pressing start on my tauren paladin (and settings up the plugins)

kind of sad, i wanted to fix some bugs

havent use the azerius but kick's is 99 percent afkable up to level 82!!!

so definitely kicks

Kind of sad how i used your profile kick, and had 120 deaths on lvl20 as Tauren druid, with all the plugins you said to use, and with a good CC. Bot just keeps going to train in TB wherever he is even in orgrimmar. He goes via lvl 30+ mobs and simply die all the fucking time

I would always choose kicks nothing against the others kick just owns

Then use a druid there is some issues where the druid stays in travel/cat/moonkin form and can?t do quest stuff, not sure if a "Force dismount"? might fix that?

Try the alliance 1-58 and you will find alot of bugs in eastern plaguelands mate

I was under the assumption his alliance profiles were better than the horde profiles.? Sucks b/c I was going to start alliance as well since I heard that was better

They are really great mate, just some hiccups now and then. Havent tried the Horde ones as I only play Alliance.

Eastern Plaguelands needed some manually help though.

The alliance profile is definitely better than Horde with kicks. There are only 2 spots it gets stuck:

1) Morbent Fel quest in Duskwood - So far only one of 7 characters has managed to use the quest item on him, the rest just sit at the top of the stairs looking at him menacingly until I do it manually.
2) EPL has major issues with pathing in the quests that involve underwater elementals and/or fish. I think this is an HB problem, not the questing profile. If you die on those quests [which seems to be common for my bots, hunter, paladin, and shaman so far have all died on one of the two quests], HB can't path back to its corpse.

Other than those two spots, my last 3 alliance characters have been completely automated.

Also, I've noticed the bot WILL get stuck inside a cave and stay there until it logs out do to "Loading Tiles". It's some cave at Ice Crown and basically it can go all the way down but when it trys to come back out of the cave it gets stuck on a mushroom and will stay on "Loading Tiles". I thought it was just a mesh issue but it never moved until I moved the bot 5 feet foward, then the bot ran smooth.

have to agree with Kasper on the AFK part. I can't seem to squeak out more than 10 levels on Kick's questing profiles without something going awry. Tried it on 2 toons so far. Starting the Azenius profile tonight on a new toon to try them out.

BG leveling worked quite well for me though on 2 other toons.

Kicks profiles are realy good, Afkable imo...Just make sure you get the quest behaviors that go with it...

Not only the behviors, a good set of plugins too.
Stuckhelper solves 90% of the HB issues.

The only persistent bug I find is that sometimes the interact custom behavior fails and the bot just gets stuck.
Normally at that point the bot thinks it's waiting for a object to spawn and stuck helper doesn't go off. Forceddismount has a few issues as well. Complete Quest Log too (even raising the latency wait thingy).
Closing and opening HB solves it (I mention this to point it's an HB issue).

I've done some fixes here and there to my local version but, if it wasn't for HB issues, I'd guarantee you a 100% 1-80 afk with Kick's profiles.

Again, Megser's used to be amazing too. I used to use it before Kick re-worked his horde profile, and it was great. I imagine it only got better now.

But yeah, get stuckhelper and make sure you edit it so it doesn't fuck up underwater quests, and you're set for a long period of afk leveling.
