Figured this my be interesting for new comers + I'm bored watch my toon run around haha 
Leveling Journal - Orc BM Hunter
XP Bonuses:
2 PVP Heirlooms, shoulders, gun.
1 hour of 7% increased xp and rep gains from 7th anniversary.
All guild bonuses from level 14+
Started 00:50 25/11/11
5 minute config time - Started
DING!: Level 1 - 6m34s
DING!: Level 2 - 8m
DING!: Level 3 - 10m
DING!: Level 4 - 14m
[Already ahead of Alliance BOT experience by far, took that one 30m to reach level 4, yeah, I know right]
DING!: Level 5 - 24m
DING!: Level 6 - 37m
DING!: Level 7 - 46m
[Leveling consistently until Guide messed up, switched to Kickz 1-60 guide and started running smoothly again, lost 15m]
Went AFK for... not long.
DING!: Level 9 - 1hr26m
DING!: Level 10 - 1hr48m
DING!: Level 11 - 2hr10m
DING!: Level 12 - 2hr32m
Guides running smoothly, dinging at around about the same time each level - 19k xp per hour.
Went to bed, left it on auto pilot without a baby sitter, woke up, level 14 stuck in Crossroads and have been for god knows how long.

Will update, maybe not level by level but I had this jotted down so I thought I'd put it in.
Update: 25/11/11 22:15
Levels 15-25 were slow as hell & buggy but, have faith with your bot, just hit 29 and I'm halfway to 30 after 15mins which is faster than the bot went 5-6 which is incredibly strange, guessing it's zone with lots of running that slow shit down (logic, duh)
DING!: Level 29 - 9hrs18mins. (had to do lots of ashenvale quests manually due to buggy profiles, but the quests where complex so it's understandable.

Been botting for 24hrs straight now, no ban yet lol. Currently level 52 in Swamp of Sorrows, started rinsing the levels since the BOT hit STV.
Tip: Keep a major eye out & baby sit while in both plagueland zones and every zone after up until outland. VERY buggy and androhal is a big bot killer with the fast respawn rates.

Currently letting it do it's on thing in SoS. Looking forward to Outland.
I WILL KEEP UPDATING THIS AFTER LEVEL 85:
To do list at 85 -
Honor Bot for full Ruthless upon release of new season
Level Mining/Engineering + Post time taken to do so.
Level Alch/Herb on different char + Post time taken to do so.
Finish off Argent Dawn/Crusade Rep for title (very close atm anyway).
Try acquire rare mounts such as Grey Riding Camel.
I WILL ALSO BEING DOING A ROAD TO 2.2K RATED 2's/3's ARENA.
Currently level 65 with just over 2days playing time.
It's becoming incredibly frustrating having to 'babysit' the bots, no matter what anyone says all of the profiles (the popular ones) that I've tested all have had one or more buggy issues in every zone and Outland is a total mess.
Outland leveling is currently taking the bot 2hrs+ for a level, which is pretty poor considering the 7% anniversary buff+heirloom10%.
HINTS, TRICKS AND TIPS:
- Turn off 'attack mobs inbetween hotspots' or something similar to that, this drastically improves xp per hour surprisingly.
- Turn off 'Learn new flight paths' - The Learn FP's is scripted into most profiles so when the bot itself learns the FP the profile bugs out when it tries to learn it after, and can't.
- Babysit all your profiles the first time you use them, learn to edit out bugs, add blackspots, and save the profiles for your next character so they're perfectly AKF'able.

Update: Dinged 85 Saturday afternoon after 8 days (6 days played) and I've just got my last piece of Ruthless. 27k honor in two days, I'm JP capped, Conquest capped AND honor capped for when the new honor gear arrives next week.
Planning to get 525 alch+herb today.
