Leveling Help

I'm attempting to level a mage, and I read that some people are doing it in 5 days /played, I mean I got to level 5 in one hour with Kicks profile, something doesn't seem right there.. So what is the FASTEST way to level, if its questing, what profile, grinding what profile... CC's I don't even know but if it means anything its a Human mage, Thanks for any help you guys can do

CC - I recommend FPSWare's CCs, they're the best.

For Alliance I recommend Kick's questing profiles.

For Horde I recommend our profiles, The Azenius Project.
