Leveling (Hardcore)

hey guys,

what places would you recommend me to level from 1 - 60 ?

Yesterday i tried barb 1-13 though act 1 witches => ac1 Highland Passage
And my char was highly overgeared but for some reason he died at level 18.

What places are relatively safe to bot in hardcore ?

Atm i can only cofirm that act 1 witches is really safe.
 
+1. i would not bot in hardcore with it yet, unless you either dont care about your hc toon or unless you babysit it 100%.
 
Screw it, every part of the bot needs testing, and not like if your toon dies, you lose anything, considering you didn't do any of the work.
 
I just reached 19 with my HC monk. Running exactly the profiles you talked about aswell. You have to be careful about what skills you use as a melee. The highlands passage is relatively safe.

Yeah i know. I watched the bot serveral hours in highland passage, and he never dropped under 90% hp. Just went 10 min afk and dead.

I think if you are always overgeared and overleveled , i think the risk of dying is pretty low. especially if you farm Sarkoth .

The only problem that i have is , where should i go after 18 ? I found the Act 2 Magda runs ... but this seems a little bit too risky for DB hc.

I'd suggest you to stay with the highlands passage untill 20 or even 22-ish.
 
If youre able to skip quest and get waypoint from another acc, you can run it like this till 40+ish atleast.

2-18 Queen runs Act1
18-25 Maghda
25-35 Zulton
35+ Core of Arreat

Been doing that on a monk and barb so far on hc with no probs.
Wouldnt run the Highland passage the trees are pretty lethal at times.

Edit: you can start over with maghda on nightmare when you get 40+

i did this but it dosen't work,

2-18 Queen runs Act1 <---- be careful with this one becouse the charecter use teleport evean when you don't have got it yet!!!

the dc that DB makes diablo do makes it almost impossible to get a lvl 60 or o have a good grinding charecter, i hade 2 lvl 60 both died after 1 hour becouse of the dc that is DB related.. i wasted alot of time and gold so i don't recommend!​
 
I recommend you use something we call a keyboard and a mouse and your brain to level in hardcore.

What version are you running? I don't experience any DCs - try turning off your plugins.
 
i never had a dc too , running since "4 hours?" now without any problems. well I am extremly slow but who cares.
 
Liutenant Vacham has to be the safest thing i can think of for a HC bot. Only 1 type of mobs, no chance of champion spawns, good XP and so on. A2Q2S2

my monk is 29 now, still doing maghda runs. its getting slow tho. which profiles are good for "zulton" and "core" -normal ?
im a little lost in the profiles section still since im new and most "core" profiles i see are engame grinding profiles.

btw to the guy having doubts about magda in HC: i used the maghda profile from 18-29 now (softcore). overequipped little botmonk a little with AH stuff, but only from money he farmed himself. didnt die at all, even going in at 18.
18-23 was SUPERFAST. started with about 30% of a level per run. the first 2 or 3 levels he sometimes dropped to somewhat critical levels with HP, so i would prolly go in a little later on HC.
