Leveling a mage - most efficient spec?

I've got a 33 Alliance frost mage I want to level with Kick's profiles. What spec do you guys recommend for this guy with HB? Is frost okay, or should I switch to something else? I guess I'm going to use Singular because I'm not sure what else is out that that will work. I saw Amplify but I'm not sure if that's for higher level mages. Thanks.

amplify works for 1-85, and i would use frost, you get the best chance of survivability, and overall have a smoother experience.
