<level 1 character name> of the horde/alliance. + some extra golds!

Okay, so... i have my level 1 twink, and it's at 76k honorable kills now.
Simply, what i did:

Made a lvl 1 alliance character (i'm horde), used the neutral action house to give him some gold. Buyed myself a nice trip on the chopper to the barrens, and settled him next to Crossroads (at the spirit healer).
Used recruit-a-friend to create a new fake account. Created an alliance character, invited him to a group from my main account and summoned him (if the trail account was over, i just made a new account and resummoned! Takes only 5 minutes!). Created a script (that was running on my laptop) which just spammed 2 keys. On my lvl1 twink, sinister strike. and on the alliance a release/resurrect macro.
This has been working great, and how awesome is it to have a level 1 called .... of the Horde(or alliance).

As an extra, i was getting a nice amount of extra gold! As you get 1 Honor Point per kill, you're simply getting about 1 HPoint per 2 (lets say 3 for the math) seconds! One epic gem is only 165 HPoints, so that's approximately 1 epic gem each 8.25 minutes! Which sells for almost 100g on my realm.

Now i was turning on my script again this morning, but after half an hour, when i checked to see if it was still killing, i wasnt getting any Honor OR HK's!

Now my question is; Is there any maximum of hpoints/kills per day/week. Or did they just removed the HPoints from world kills!?

Maybe i'm just paranoid, but wouldn't that be an exploit that would be pretty obvious to detect? Maybe pick a graveyard more remote so nobody sees you.

I know the honor cap is now at 4k, and in BGs at lvl 70 i was getting fractions of honor points from each kill, like .11 honor for one kill. I'd imagine on that scale, that a lvl 1 is like .000001 honor so you likely won't see any honor for a long time.

I did got capped yesterday (was getting 1honor per kill), and then buyed all the gems. A while ago when the cap was 75k, i hitted hit about 3 times.

edit; And about reports, when people came near, i just had 5 macro's which i could use that said things like; 'ghehe, farming honorable kills' and 'Yeah i know, i'm crazy!;p'

Yep people were doing this on my server, bought tons and tons of epic gems from them. They had like 5 toons they were doing it with.

I don't know if this is still the case or not, but weren't there used to be a diminishing return on the honour you can get by killing the same player repeatedly? If there is does anyone know how many times? I was ganking this bot in borean tundra the other day (bg queue sucks at my battle group) and after about 10+ or so kills I got bored. I think I got honours for all of those kills.

well, i'm still not getting honor for killing the ally alt.. so i think they changed it Wednesday, or there's some sort of maximum kills per week. I also tried killing another character, no changes.

Can still farm the The Explorer title tho.. just use the Chopper & Rocket mounts;p

You necroed a 3 year old thread!!!
You cannot do this any more as if you kill the same player in a short time thread you get say 5hp for first kill then 3hp for second then third is like 1hp and then nothing until 15mins have passed or so, end result is that its faster to do BG/arena for points than this.
Also I'm pretty sure this would raise a big stinky flag to Blizzard.

When i posted this thread this was already fixed. Got up to 76k honorable kills and with account wide achievements we got now, i got the title! Yay!

I did not get banned or flagged (as far as i know) for this.

Roel5000 said it was fixed as in it means it is no longer possible...
I said BG/Arena is the best method and explained why if you still can't understand that then I don't know how else to put it so you do understand.

K. That answered it a little more succinctly. I took what Roel said to mean that what you referred to (the low HP, etc.) was 'fixed' when he posted, ergo it could still be done.

Admin/Mods please think about having a script close any thread older than a year at least, possibly 6months would be more ideal given how fast things can change and render these old threads obsolete.
