I find the most efficient way is to run (Quest) bot and do the dailies.
There are many profiles, check vego profiles ... Good luck

Ive found the best way to earn lesser charms is pet battles. just need 2-3 lvl 25 pets and pokebuddy in any area in pandaria and in 1-2 hours of 100 percent afk ive got my quota and more for the week. plus with 2 lvl 25s and one low lvl pet you can also lvl the pet as well.
I found the best way is to use my 2 acc,
And do pet battles.
Run with 2x 25s 1x random lower lvl, match on other acc.
Set up a key simulator, to que on both acc with join pet battle macro,
enter pet battle on both,
click forfeight button -> select 25 pet on main acc -> accept forfeight (had issue were it missed select pet so it leveled up)
then just loop it.
takes roughly 20s a win, depending on loadtime and quespeed.
