Just after only 5 secounds of slightly scrolling up, you can see quickly, on how fast the area gets spammed..

I don't mind if it says track monster, I assume thats a green ghost.

Is there an easy way to disable this default spam?

No, it makes negligible difference in performance. And if you are a dev, you don't actually sift through line by line for debug, you have specific keywords you search for.
