Legit players/ lucky eggs

My main legit account which i stupidly botted on for a day has been baned and i have had a few bots perm banned since- filed a ban appeal for the account i hardly botted on but niantic replied saying i am perm banned lol..

has anyone thats running a legit account that has not been botted on been banned yet?

Is it stil ok to do a mass evolve with lucky egg on legit account or is this something niantic would be looking for?

I am running legit again and want to do a mass evolve but worried that i will be flagged even though i have not botted on this account and it is a fresh gmail

"legit account that has not been botted" Sorry my friend but it's not a legit account anymore once you botted.
I have read a post on this forum where LEGIT account got banned if using the same device that used to play botted/hacked account.

I have a legit account (no bot/no spoof/no snipe) that was banned today because I blocked the app's permissions on invading my privacy (i.e. disabled their ability to view my Google location history, Contacts, Storage, Phone Accounts, Phone ID). I contacted them via ban appeal and it was unbanned within minutes. Lol.

Thanks, yeah i know it wasnt legit once my account was botted.. More asking like are legit players getting banned for mass evolves etc.. Interesting to see their fast reply to your account being banned when they took takes to reply to me and confirm ban lol
