legit level 21 account banned

my son is nearly 8 and has had the game since 7th july we have travelled to both turkey and new York in the last 6 weeks so he has played the game there, we also spend a lot of time in London (we live in kent)
he has just tried to log on and has got the humble message, he has never botted or used 3rd party software with his account so im not sure why? ive sent the appeal bit in but don't expect a human reply oh well this seems to have turned out to be a proper shitty game from a ruthless company,

yes I botted but using a different device, however it was using the same wifi at times, so the wifi is the only link but my wife and daughter are fine they have lower levels though, oh and my email address was used to authorise his pokemon trainer account as he is only 7 years old

not sure if your joking but my son is autistic and this has really upset him bad, the massive upset to a child like my son is the one reason why we would never ever cheat using any account or game he is using, I just think sadly he has been caught up in my botting escapade which is a very sad lesson for me to learn.

oh and I wont ever put anything online about my child sad or not he is innocent and doesn't need any extra exposure in his life
