Hello,

I have been a Legendary buddy for a few weeks now. I was under the impression we'd get early access to Legion Buddy but I have not yet seen anything. Any idea if we will actually get early access?

The discord channel is always updated with info and new alpha versions if available. As legendary member you have access to it.
Please understand the legionbot is a complete new product and updates are not on a daily basis. Sometimes coding needs time ^^

I totaly understand what u mean, but we gonna lose half of our subscribe till u release it ?!, i bought it coz i have read post says the LB will be ready in mid of august, here we are.

Just tell us anything when it wil lcome up? or any info instead of " when it's ready we will let you know " i hate that quote.

Here we are, 2 weeks later and no update. Guess I shouldn't have pre-ordered anything, you guys literally advertised we'd get early access to LB but that for sure is not the case at the moment.
My apologies if I sound salty. It just sucks when you lie to your customers.

Coding and progress of the bot gets put on hold if Blizzard keeps updating their game especially those ninja patches. I'm still waiting on Stormbuddy to be updated and that's been well over a month now and I have never complained about it because I learned when I was younger that complaining gets you no where and just makes your journey in life complicated.

I understand you but I am sorry to correct you.
You bought legendary access which gives you the option to use all our bots but you did not buy legionbot.
Legionbot is under development and we release new versions to legendary buddy members from time to time so that you can get your hands on things first but legionbot is not a final product.
We remove it from time to time to re-write/fix complete areas and in this time the bot is also not available to you as vip member.
This is quite normal in software development but it does not mean we do not deliver what was promised with the legendary membership. You still have a key which is able to run two sessions of all the other bots.
There is no ETA for legionbot so if this is what you want most I am sorry that I cannot help you today.
It's important for us to release a safe version and I want to keep expectations low because alpha means that functions can be added/changed or even removed all the time.
An ETA like 23.08 would mean a lot of trouble if we then do not release it but there might be good reasons not to do it. This is why we do not put ourself under pressure setting a release date if we are not 100% sure to hold it.

Hi scraxxy, coding takes time and please do not forget that while we code things, Blizzard is doing changes on their side too for wow legion which means changes on our side again and so on...
LB is under development since 6 months and it's in the hot phase.
Like I stated from time to time we give legendary members access to it to take a look but it is an alpha version which has bugs and should only be there to show you what you can expect when its done and to be one of the first customers getting the hand on the product. Do not expect a full running version.

It makes sense to take an alpha offline from time to time for example if we add new code routines because old ones where to easy to detect, to slow or even not working.
Letting you then run with an older version could be dangerous for your account, but also giving you a wrong picture of the bot.

It's not salty, I understand you want to test legionbot and that this is the main reason for a lot of you why you bought legendary buddy access but what we never do is lie to our customers.
You got what you paid for and as soon as there is a version of legtionbot again we would like to share with you we will get it.

Yes and no. Sometimes an update is done very fast and sometimes it simply takes longer than even we expected.
As VIP member it is your good right to complain about things as long as you do it in a civil way.
I try to take your point of view and to understand what you say and we will answer here as good as possible.

So in your mind Legendarybuddy is only good for a ALPHA build of a bot that isn't even released yet? and you are wrong several people are working on it every day its definitely not abandoned, and I wouldnt say the advertisement is false its just misleading and could be easily fixed if millz were to edit it and make it more specific.

I have warned on discord to edit the text twice.
For me, que legendary status its only about legbuddy early acess, but they continue to deny the refund.

We have a 7 days no question asked policy for refunds. If you are >7 days asking for a refund it will not be granted also because you have access to all the other bots.

ich denke du versuchst die ganze Zeit am Thema vorbei zu argumentieren.
Es geht hier nicht darum, dass der Legiondary Bot ein eigenständiges Produkt ist und viel Arbeit bei der Entwicklung in Anspruch nimmt.
Es geht darum, dass viele User (auch ich) den Legiondary Buddy nur so früh gekauft haben, weil Ihnen ein früherer Zugang zum Legion Bot (natürlich nur als Alpha) in Aussicht gestellt wurde.
Ich habe den Legion Buddy am 22.07.2016 gekauft. Und bisher habe ich aber auch nichts von einem Beta oder Alpha Bot gesehen.
Das heißt, ich habe fast einen ganzen Monat verschenkt, nur weil mir falsche Dinge in Aussicht gestellt wurden.
Ich hätte den Legion Buddy nie gekauft, wenn ich nicht den Legindary Bot früher nutzen wollte. Alle anderen Bots sind für mich eher uninteressant. Und für HB habe ich sowieso eine Lifetime Lizens.
Also bitte nicht weiter dieses antrainierte BlaBlaBla, sondern mal eine richtige Stellungnahme zum tatsächlichen Problem.
Vielleicht bist da der der falsche Ansprechpartner, aber eben der, der für uns erreichbar ist.

Trotzdem wünsche ich dir einne angenehme Woche.

To be honest, I'm pretty disappointed with the update rate thus far. HB is up and running and whilst I understand that is the flagship product - I'm paying 10x more for LegionBuddy. There are a number of people here that would like a refund - myself now included. Very disappointed with the way this was handled. It feels that it was for sure a moneygrab and the timing to re-lease was sub-optimal.

Had I known that my refund wouldn't be processed because I was being as patient as I am prepared to be, I wouldn't have bought to begin with. The only reason that I didn't request a refund in the first 7 days, in all honesty - is because I expected it to be up and running.
