Legion Treasure Chests - Chance at Legendary

It's now known that you have a possiblity of looting legendaries from Legion chests found round the world (ala HandyNotes)

Wondering if anyone is working on a routine to loot chest much like the draenor version.. (I know it was popular for flying and doesn't seem to be a requirement for legion flying)

However... dat sweet sweet legendary .......

EchoToger's far too busy with other things than to work on such a profile right now. They haven't even started on Azsuna yet, or if they have, it hasn't been released yet. They should complete that and then world quests first.

It took about 4 months last xpac before the HB team released their treasure pack. That seems like a realistic timeframe this go-around, too.
