legion profession

I need your help to choose my profession for 13 personal level 100 legion.
I currently have 13 Jewelcrafting in wod it was perfect.
But in legion the importance of daily craft is less important for Jewelcrafting from what I saw!
So I have to find the profession was up on my character before 13 legion, but I do not know what the choice to make it as profitable as possible.
(I have 1 character gathering)

I hear each gathering profession can gather one required item that no other profession can gather, along with the blood equivilant, which was soulbound at the start of wod. Who knows whats going to happen in beta. things could change.
That being said, I would go inscriptionist. due to the removal of glyphs, they seem to be getting raid boosts that will be in repeat high demand, and possibly herb to support the incripionisms. Just my opinion though.
